May 6, 2023. Excited to announce the launch of EpicurusGPT beta - an interactive chatbot for learning about AI in the food industry. The name was inspired by the Greek Philosopher Epicurus famous for his wisdom on food. In the process of writing our recent LinkedIn article on AI in the Food Industry, a collaboration with data expert Ben Diez, we amassed a large volume of reference articles on the topic. So we thought, what if we made the entire corpus of knowledge that we worked so hard to curate available for everyone to interact with to complement our article. Enjoy and let us know what you think.

March 2023. To accompany my March article 3 Takeaways from Latest Food and Beverage R&D Investment Data I launched an interactive dashboard with a decade of R&D investment data from the top food and beverage companies. The dashboard has moved to the new "Tools" section of my website.
